Don't Spill The Tea, Sis

Madame X girls are smart, clever, adventurous and bold; but no matter what we’re doing or where we’re going, we’re always ladies, first.

Our etiquette class and tea party is simply tea-riffic! Ms. Manners has nothing on us.

This is no “kiddie” tea party. It’s elevated, modern, sophisticated and multi-cultural. Our Madame X’ers will experience a Southeast Asian and European high tea service; and the kids will be exposed to a variety of new tastes flavors and textures. Our venue and tea service is elegant and simply beautiful.

We’ll begin with Madame X introducing the children to The Madame X Academy, and the grande dame, herself, will discuss the power of the art of conversation, and stories of African-American progress that was planned and plotted over tea. Our Madame X’ers will learn about African tea ceremonies, African-American tea rooms throughout history and the Green Book, among other things. Next, they’ll experience a humorous and interactive etiquette class lead by the founder of The School of Etiquette & Decorum, who is a highly-trained and sought-after expert in the art of social graces. Our Madame X instructor earned her certificate in etiquette from the American School of Protocol, and has years of experience working with corporations, executives, children and organizations.

-Our Madame X’ers will learn proper tea party etiquette, dining decorum, silverware recognition and placement, while they’re experiencing and enjoying our high tea.

-In addition to the British/Malaysian tea service and professionally taught etiquette class with activities; participants will also receive:

A Madame X Academy t-shirt, Madame X ring, spy packet, beautiful vintage China teacup and saucer with high-end tea accessories and a Madame X certificate of completion. This is a secret society, so we can’t disclose everything here!

-All Madame X ladies will be asked to wear appropriate tea/party dresses for the occasion

Through etiquette training and the beauty of the experience; our girls will gain greater confidence, self-awareness, self-esteem, enhanced social skills and polish. Parents and caretakers will be offered a “welcome” tea to kick-off the event.
