Sow and Tell

During this fully-immersive experience, our Madame Xers embarked upon an adventure that explored the vibrant history of African-American farming and homesteading, set against the backdrop of a beautiful and magical working farm! They uncapped and spun honey frames from local bees, extracted and bottled their delicious elixir, made fresh organic strawberry jam and pickled vegetables, among other farm activities. We all enjoyed ourselves on an absolutely perfect, warm and sunny day at the farm! Thanks, Farmer Riggins for joining us, and becoming an honorary Madame Xer! Check out our event photos, here!
